Clients and persons who have been refused notarial services have the right to make a complaint about the Notary who provided (or refused to provide) those services, and to have that complaint resolved. My
complaints procedure
is enclosed within my terms of business. You also have the
right to cancel your contract
in certain circumstances in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Should you remain dissatisfied at the conclusion of the complaints procedure, you may at the end of that procedure, or after a period of 8 weeks from the date you first notified me that you were dissatisfied, take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted here
